SPS racing was founded in 2017 by Dewald Pretorius, who is currently also the CEO of DMB Holdings (Pty) Ltd.

He comes from an ICT background and is currently focussing on establishing, digital Cities throughout Africa.

Being a true petrol head, Dewald’s interests in cars grew from a mere hobby to a growing business. 

“I have always been fascinated by performance cars and I am usually inclined to focus on things that is unique, that is why I love Rotary engine cars.

By bringing in my experience in technology to the fold, I believe that we can produce some really interesting cars” 

My two sons, who shares my passion for cars, joined me in the business to add another dimension of youth, naivety and new energy!

We decided that the SPS Racing brand has grown up and we need to move SPS Racing brand from mainly a brand being associated with fun, winning, quality and good business ethics through participation mostly in sponsoring car events and racing cars adding to its existing profile an “exclusive car boutique shop”, focusing on:
